Being communication one of the 3 pillars on which our association should stand along the following business years, the design and the implementation of a unique communication strategy should be the next step. In order to rationalize the workflow, we decided to create a specific WG that will deal with the following tasks:
Design the communication strategy along with the IB: by creating aconsistent and unique procedure we will show a strong image of EUROAVIA both to partners and members.
- Promote the EUROAVIA Social Media (previously done by theCommunication Unit of the PR WG): our network has a great potential and a lot of room for expansion. It will be this team’s task to wisely spread the EUROAVIA Spirit and position our association as a reference organization in Europe and the world.
- Activate the News sections on the EUROAVIA website: our Webpage isour main information portal and it has to be kept always updated and professional in order to convince those that would like to join us.
- Continue with the EUROAVIA Newsletter and Magazine (previouslydone by the Press WG): these projects are one of the main ways for transferring information to our members and partners about what happens in other Local Groups and BoP regions.
The WG will be preliminarily formed by these three units:
- Social Media Unit
- Website updating Unit
- Press Unit
