WEBSITE DEVELOPER

About the job:

Our website is the first place someone finds when looking for information about EUROAVIA. For that reason, it is crutial that its functioning is faultless and intuitive. Therefore, the main task of the job would be to maintain it and to provide improvements in order to keep giving that nice first impression.

Preferred skills:

Good level of English
Basic WordPress knowledge
Basic knowledge of EUROAVIA

Time investment: 2-3 hours/week

TICKET SOLVER

About the job:

The role of the Ticket Solver is to check the tickets daily/as much as possible
and try to solve all of them.

Good level of English
Communication
Be calm and be happy

Time investment: 1-2 hours/week

COORDINATOR

About the job:

The coordinator initiates meetings, creates the agenda for the meetings, makes sure that everyone is enjoying their time in the WG, helps/tries to help members with their tasks if needed, quickly solves emergencies, understands the very little time the members have, participates in the BoC, and promotes the WG as much as it is necessary.

BACK-UP COORDINATOR

About the job:

The back-up coordinator helps the coordinator with most of their activities, meaning:
– If the coordinator can’t come to the WG meeting, you shall moderate it
– If the coordinator can’t go to the BoC meeting, you shall moderate it
– Help the Coordinator if they’re missing points on the agenda
– Other attributions, chosen by the coordinator
