GEN Days also emphasizes the importance of interpersonal skills, from critical thinking and problem-solving to cross-cultural collaboration, adaptability, and ethical leadership, equipping students with the tools to thrive in the industry of tomorrow.
As aviation faces major workforce challenges, GEN Days is part of EASA’s Future Workforce Challenges initiative and supports ICAO’s Next Generation Aviation Professionals (NGAP) programme. Together, we aim to inspire and prepare the leaders of tomorrow for a safe, sustainable, and innovative aviation sector.
EUROAVIA aims to serve as the platform for students to work together towards a united Europe and find solutions to the critical challenges facing the aerospace sector.
