IT Helpdesk

Welcome to the EUROAVIA Helpdesk

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we use a support ticket system. On this website, you can submit a ticket to:

  • Request IT support.
  • Report website issue or updates.
  • Report server or domain issue.
  • Ask for general technical support.
  • Give us feedback or complaints.

 

Every support request is being forwarded to the IT WG, and might take up to 7 working days to be handled.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please do not send private emails to the IT WG as it is difficult to keep track of them, usually resulting in higher response time.

A tracking system of your tickets is currently under construction, and to be released by the beginning of May.
