In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we use a support ticket system. On this website, you can submit a ticket to:
Every support request is being forwarded to the IT and HR WGs, and might take up to 7 working days to be handled.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please do not send private emails to the IT WG and to the HR WG as it is hard to keep track of them, usually resulting in higher response time.
A tracking system of your tickets is currently under construction, and to be released by the beginning of May.
