FoWo is an interactive Formation Workshop focused on teamwork, real-life cases, and hands-on activities led by ETS Working Group trainers. Throughout the week, participants develop key skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and project management. Alongside the trainings, FoWo offers international networking, strong connections, and the chance to experience the culture and energy of İzmir.
