The Mentoring Programme allows participants to meet with a mentor from the EUROAVIA Alumni Association and discuss future perspectives, a roadmap to employment and networking with people currently in the aeronautical, space and other engineering sectors.
During those meetings, students will benefit from an experimented vision of the work life in their sector of interest, as well as get some advice. During this program, the mentees will have between one and two meetings a month with a mentor. A minimum of 5 meetings will be necessary to be considered as successful and have access to the final ceremony.
An online mid-term meeting will take place in June-July with all participants (mentees and mentors) to get feedback on the project and see possible improvements.
A closure event will take place between mentees and mentors where they’ll meet to put in common their experiences and meet other mentors/mentees.
The Mentoring Programme arises from the aim of bridging the gap between students and the Aerospace industry, providing the space for direct interaction between EUROAVIAns and professionals of the Aerospace sector.
