Tasks and responsibilities

• Have interviews with people joining the WGs;
• Support the WGs as HR responsible (attend meetings, create strategies for improving the WG environment with the coordinator, have evaluation meetings with the members of the WG);
• Help with the creation of new policies.

Requirements

• Good level of English;
• Good knowledge of EUROAVIA (or willingness to learn);
• Proactiveness.
