Support the WGs as HR responsible (attend meetings, create strategies for improving the WG environment with the coordinator, have evaluation meetings with the members of the WG);
Help with the creation of new policies.
Requirements
Good level of English;
Good knowledge of EUROAVIA (or willingness to learn);
