The EUROAVIA Training System Working Group (ETS WG) aims at delivering soft skills formation to EUROAVIA members. Such formation is delivered both with specific training sessions requested by AS, or during International Events. The WG is composed by qualified Trainers and has its own board.
Organize training activities during any International Event, especially the Formation Workshops (FoWos), that are mainly focused on the development of soft skills.
Organize their main event, the Train New Trainers (TNT), focused on the development of soft skills, to educate new generations of EUROAVIA Certified Trainers.
Organizes and delivers the EUROAVIA Online Training Wave.
