The Human Resources Working Group (HR WG) is in charge of recruiting people for all the Working Groups of the association and make sure that these WG are able to achieve their goals with its members.
Training/welcome unit: it is in charge of welcoming new people to EUROAVIA International and training them to a basic knowledge of EUROAVIA.
WG promotion unit: promotes WGs and EUROAVIA among members through the AS roundtables or the vacancies posted on the website. Also, it performs interviews to recruit new members for the WGs, and to alumni to know about their experience inside EUROAVIA.
