The International Events Working Group (IE WG) is in charge of providing support to the Affiliated Societies (AS) to organise an international event and ensure its high quality. It is important to highlight that the WG does not organise the event but gives all the support to the AS to organise it and promote it among all EUROAVIA members.

    Tasks

    • Work together with the organization committee of the AS in the organization of an international event, defining a clear timeline and division of tasks.
    • Assign a tutor who is always available to provide tips and tricks for the proper organization of the event.
    • Provide a calendar of the association’s activities along the year, organized in such a way to incentivize members to participate.
