The Information Technology Working Group (IT WG) takes care of the digital services of EUROAVIA. This includes the website, the e-mailing system, the central archive, the cloud and Discord server. The WG also provides support to Local Groups who request help to improve their website, personalized e-mail addresses or a Team site.

    Tasks

    • Website Unit: Improves and provides general maintenance to the association’s website. Also develops new websites and provides support for domain requests.
    • Helpdesk Unit: Provide e-mail addresses to all members to access all the Office 365 tools (Mailing system, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and provide support for their use.
    • Discord Server Unit: Maintains, improves and develops EUROAVIA’s Discord server.
